There’s Another Stonehenge at the Bottom of Lake Michigan?

Like gigantic stones looks like some sort of an underground passageway or an underwater passageway. I don't know, did they identify that those, do they think those are man made? Do they think that they're man made or are there scientists that think that that's a natural thing?
