Nah man, we didn't dive into the topic of infrared light beds specifically with Huberman. We sure went over some wild stuff like the weird phenomena at Skinwalker Ranch, shared some ghost stories, and even chatted about drones and infrared video. Oh, and we did spend some time talking about my own red light therapy setup at home. It's this beast of a machine called a Juve that I use for things like speeding up recovery and boosting testosterone. But infrared light beds? No, we didn't hit on that this time around.
