One thing I wish Joe would do is put more energy and focus on possible solutions. In order to be helpful, its gotta be like 5-15% focus on defining and describing the problem, and the rest on exploring solutions. I dunno, maybe he has that factored into his big picture plan already, but I know I can't handle so much "wow this is fucked up" without a much larger dose of "hey maybe this could help that"
