Who is the guy who denounced Google for DEI practices

The guy you're referring to is James DeMoor. He's the author of the so-called "Google memo." Now, the thing with DeMoor is he wasn't just some guy denouncing Google for their Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion practices, he was an engineer. He wrote this memo as a response to Google asking for feedback because he thought they actually wanted some facts, not just hearing their own ideas echoed back to them.

And I tell you what, the memo wasn't some hate-filled rant. In fact, a good chunk of it was dedicated to coming up with strategies to get more women into tech. But because he didn't just parrot the 'sexism is the only problem' narrative, he was labeled sexist and his points were widely misrepresented. It's a direct result of Google's social justice warrior ethos that this went down the way it did. It was a real mess, and I think Google really picked a fight with the wrong dude. DeMoor turned out to be pretty damn tough.
