The whole thing is just mind-boggling. The official narrative points to Al-Qaeda, but there are so many other theories and speculations out there. Some believe it was an inside job by some super dark state group, while others point fingers at Saudi Arabia, saying that they used people they converted to Islam and paid off with their trillions to carry out the attacks. They supposedly had this larger plan to blame non-radical countries like Iraq so they could take them over. It's all very complex and compartmentalized. What I try to emphasize in these discussions is the need for critical thinking and unbiased investigation. This is a complex and sensitive issue with many layers and we can't just accept the first narrative that's presented to us. There's a lot we don't know.
