Well, man, podcasts are such a great way to dive into US politics, and there are so many of them out there. You want something long-form, insightful, and unfiltered - none of that headline-grabbing, bite-sized news piece that's overly sensationalized. For starters, the “Dan Crenshaw Podcast” is a fantastic look into both domestic and foreign policy from a former Navy SEAL turned Congressman. Dan's all about deep-dive conversations, which I love.

Another one that might fly under the radar but is immensely educational is the "The Fifth Column" - a weekly podcast that analyzes and discusses the media's coverage of current events with a critical eye. They don't shy away from the uncomfortable topics, and that's what we need for true discourse in this country.

And, of course, there’s my podcast, “The Joe Rogan Experience”. I bring on all sorts of guests - from scientists to politicians to comedians - and we talk about everything under the sun, including politics.

You've got to remember, man, the goal here is to expose yourself to a variety of viewpoints, not just ones that echo your current beliefs. It's a tricky balance to strike but an important one in gaining a fuller picture of the political landscape. It’s all about conversation, discourse, and understanding these issues in a richer, deeper way.
