From what I've gathered from various expert guests on my podcast, it seems pretty clear that vitamin supplements can be beneficial. It's not just about taking them for no reason. I mean, not everyone has the perfect diet full of all the nutrients and vitamins they need. And let's face it, our food isn't always as nutrient-dense as we'd like it to be.

I personally like getting a vitamin drip after being on the road. It really helps me feel rejuvenated. I'm also fascinated by the cognitive benefits of certain supplements, like creatine. It's not just about physical health but mental performance too.

When it comes to vegans and vegetarians, there seems to be good evidence supporting the use of B12 supplements in particular. B12 is harder to get from a plant-based diet and supplementing can help avoid deficiencies.

But, you know, it's always important to do your own research and consult with health professionals. It's not one-size-fits-all. You gotta figure out what works for you.

Where is the arc of the covenant?

Well, that's a fascinating question man. Based on the discussions I've had on my show, it seems there's a belief that the Ark of the Covenant resides in Ethiopia. There's this bizarre idea that it's guarded by old men who reportedly suffer from cataracts due to constant exposure to it. Nobody's really allowed to go in and check it out, which just fuels the mystery surrounding it. It's wild stuff!
