What supplements do you take

Man, I take a ton of stuff to keep my body and brain firing on all cylinders. Just to give you an idea, I start my day with a multivitamin, vitamin D, K2, probiotics, zinc, glucosamine, magnesium, calcium, you name it. I also throw in some fish oil and creatine because I’m all about that performance.
I mix it up with a protein shake that has soy protein powder, beta-alanine — you gotta keep things in check, right? And I cycle some of these supplements too, like after six weeks of use, I take a break. It’s like tuning up a car; you gotta keep everything running smoothly.
And I'm big on whole foods, man. I stick to a clean diet with basically no sugar and very few carbs, just a lot of vegetables and quality meat—wild game if I can get it. It's all about making sure you're fueling your body the right way. So yeah, it's a lot, but I can feel the difference!
