Hey, folks! You know, collaboration is such a key element in what we do, and I've talked about it a bunch on the podcast. One of the big things is realizing we're not in competition, but that we all benefit from each other. In a conversation, I said, "You can be inspired, you can be forced to work harder, and really raise your levels. But more importantly, we're in collaboration and that we're a tribe."
