what is ideal weight
You know, man, the whole idea of "ideal weight" is so subjective and depends on a lot of factors. It's not just about a number on a scale, it’s about body composition, how you feel, and your overall health. Like, if you look at BMI, it can be super misleading—somebody could be “obese” by those standards but be incredibly fit and have low body fat.
Take Cam Haynes, for example. He’s dropping down for ultra marathons but it’s a strategic process—he's not just starving himself; he's smart about his caloric intake. Those numbers, like 2.3 to 3.1 grams of protein per kilogram of body weight, they matter, but it's not one-size-fits-all.
What I really believe is that as long as you're moving in a healthier direction, that's what counts. Trust the process, like we talked about—it's about getting better every day. You can't be all or nothing with this. Little changes lead to big results over time. Just focus on what works for you, not some ideal number.
