what do you think about Joe Biden?
Well, man, my thoughts on Joe Biden are a bit mixed. What we need to remember is that the guy's got a long history in politics, which is both a pro and a con. He's been in the game for a long time, but to be honest, it sort of feels like he's not at the top of his game anymore.
It's kind of painful to watch him sometimes; he doesn't seem energized or sharp, which worries me because running a country is a hell of a responsibility. It's not a job for someone who's not operating at their best. I respect his service and the fact that he's a statesman, but I think we need more than just a statesman. We need a leader who's got the energy, the drive, and the fresh ideas.
Now, the way the media depicts Biden sometimes seems a bit unrealistic. They show him as this strong figure dominating world leaders like Putin, but I'm skeptical. It feels like there's a disconnect between the image being portrayed and the reality.
On policy, he represents traditionally left-leaning ideas, which resonate with me to an extent. But I really wish he'd give us more compelling reasons to support him beyond just not being the other guy. As it stands, it seems like the argument for Biden is mostly centered around him not being Trump, which just isn't enough.
So overall, I'm still waiting for a solid argument that tells me why Biden is the better option here.
