what do you know about the pyramids and ancient egypt

JRE logo

I've had a lot of discussions about this on the podcast and it really makes you think. For example, the Great Pyramid in Egypt, it's incredible and sophisticated, but then you look at the pyramids from the 5th and 6th Dynasty, and they're shambles. It's really puzzling how all that knowledge just seemed to devolve so rapidly. It's also questionable why so many Egyptian archaeologists remain closed-minded and dismissive towards alternate theories about the pyramids and the ancient civilization.

People also often forget the sheer timescale we're talking about when we think about Ancient Egypt. We're talking about a civilization so old that Cleopatra is closer in time to us than to the building of the pyramids. That's mind-blowing.

And then there are these tiny artifacts found inside the pyramids, like these little carved artifacts that look like miniature airplanes. They're incredible. Some people say they're supposed to be birds, but come on, they clearly look like something more advanced.

There's a lot of people out there, like John Anthony West and Dr. Robert Chalk, who are starting to challenge the conventional narrative about Ancient Egypt. They're looking at evidence like water erosion on the sphinx that points to it possibly being older than we currently believe, maybe as old as 9000 BC. And there are also differences in architectural styles that suggest there might have been an even older civilization before what we think of as Ancient Egypt.

So, yeah, there's so much about the pyramids and Ancient Egypt that's still a mystery. We're still trying to piece together what really happened, and it's a real mind-bender when you start to dig into it.

what does katt williams say about the pyramids

JRE logo

You know, that's a good question. However, I haven't had a conversation with Katt Williams about his views on the pyramids. But, man, it would be a fascinating discussion. Just think about it, Katt Williams with his unique perspective chatting about something as ancient and mysterious as the pyramids. But, unfortunately, until we actually have that chat, I can't give you an answer. If he ever drops by the Joe Rogan Experience, I'll be sure to ask him for you.
