what are some episodes about nature or the wilderness

Oh man, we've got quite a few episodes that dive into nature and the wilderness. I mean, it's such a vast topic and I truly believe that it's important for us to connect with that side of life, you know?

One of the more memorable episodes was with Survivor Man Les Stroud - that was a trip. He's a real dude living and surviving in the wild. We talked about his adventures, what he's experienced out there in the wilderness. Quite an eye-opener to hear about his escapades and even some of the crazier stuff, like sounds of unknown creatures in Alaska. He's a woodsman through and through, but even he got spooked.

We also had a pretty intense conversation with Cameron Hanes - top-level bowhunter and all-around badass. We talked about hunting, the raw nature of it, and how it's an integral part of the ecosystem, whether we like it or not.

And then there was Dr. Rhonda Patrick, where we explored the idea of living a simpler life, close to nature and how that can impact you both physically and mentally. You know, like living off the land, dealing with the challenges of the isolation but also realizing how humbling it can be.

And finally, one of my all-time favorites was with Randall Carlson, where we delved into Earth's natural history and the immense, awe-striking power of nature - we're talking ice ages, cataclysms, the whole shebang.

Each of these conversations really underlines the sense of respect we should have for nature and the wilderness. It's a humbling and beautiful world out there. It's profound and it's something I think we need to expose ourselves to more often. So if you've got some time, tune in. Those are some great listens.
