From the discussions I've had on my podcast, I'd reckon that Vitamin D and Vitamin B12 are definitely worth considering. Vitamin D is like the foundation, man. Whether it's for dealing with COVID-19, general health, or just keeping your body running smoothly, it's just so important. Gary Brecka, man, he's got some interesting thoughts on this. Dude talks about jamming zinc into the cells using quercetin or turmeric as a pathway. Besides that, he's taking Vitamin D3 at a staggering 50,000 IUs on Mondays and then somewhere between 10,000 and 20,000 IUs on other days. It sounds like a lot, right? But, well, that's Gary. Keep in mind, though, that high levels of Vitamin D can cause some issues, like nausea or heart irregularity, since it helps your body absorb calcium and phosphorus from your diet. So if you're considering following his routine, maybe consult with a doctor or a nutrition expert first. I'm a firm believer in personalized healthcare and everyone's needs can be drastically different.
