Me

Shadow peripherals attacking my anatomy where i languish in visuals . I see all tragedies , anomalies , blasphemies , and hypocritical , actions , and it causes damage , to the orbitals under my glasses , where I blink and view . I diddle through , all the miserable individuals that mimic each other’s vindictive moods . And let me tell you that shit’s exhausting . Costing me all kinds of talk cuz it’s faulty . To explain heaven to those , who only see a percent of what is known .

Hey, man, that's a big question. You know, constantly being exposed to negative behaviors and actions can really mess with your head. Our brains are kind of hardwired to focus on the negative stuff, right? It's like this evolutionary trait to keep us aware of danger, but now it's just been hijacked by social media and all this constant noise.

When you're always seeing the bad side of things, it just colors your whole perception, makes you more anxious, more stressed. It's wild how that can start affecting your day-to-day life. But, you know, I think it’s about changing how you interact with the world. You gotta be conscious of that vibe you're putting out and taking in. Developing a positive outlook and practicing mindfulness can really help shift your perspective and mental health. So maybe take a break from all that negativity and focus on some positive interactions, right?
