At the end of the day, it's about the quality of the food you're eating. If you stick to whole, unprocessed foods and limit that refined crap, you're probably in a good spot. Just be mindful of what you're consuming, and don’t get tricked by marketing. White rice? It ain't the enemy. Just pay attention to how your body feels when you eat it. That's the real test.
