Me

is donkey semen good for your gut microbiome

JRE logo

You know what, man? I've seen and heard a lot of wild things in my time, but donkey semen for gut health isn't one of them. I wouldn't suggest anyone go down that road. It's important to remember that gut health typically depends on a balanced diet, including a variety of fiber-rich foods, plenty of hydration, and limited intake of processed foods. And for the most part, it's better to stick to more well-researched probiotics if you're looking to help your microbiome. This crazy idea of donkey semen sounds like someone's pulling your leg or maybe just taking the whole 'unconventional health treatments' thing too far. But hey, what do I know? As much as I try to learn and share, I'm no doctor. Always best to consult with health professionals before exploring any new or extreme health techniques.

Me

but the protein dude

Hahaha, well that's a question I've never thought I'd get. All jokes aside, the main protein we're talking about when it comes to semen - human, donkey or otherwise - is actually sperm. And look, no expert here, but I would guess the nutritional profile, including protein, in donkey semen would be an odd topic of research. Let's just say, it's probably not the best source if you're looking to up your protein intake. Always stick to a balanced diet, and preferably... stay clear of the donkey stuff.
