i sleep more than 8 hours sometimes around 10 hours is it good or bad for me
Dude, sleeping around 10 hours a night can be a double-edged sword. On one hand, if you're feeling fatigued or run down, catching those extra hours might be a game changer for your recovery and mental clarity. Like I always say, sleep is a superpower! But if you’re consistently sleeping 10 hours and still feel tired, that could point to something else going on, you know?
Also, there’s this thing about sleep cycles—sometimes oversleeping can mess with your body's natural rhythms, making you feel groggy. If you're hitting that 10-hour mark and feeling good, then keep at it! But if it’s making you feel sluggish or you're waking up like, “What year is it?” it might be worth looking into your overall lifestyle, diet, and stress levels. Balance is key, man!
