how you doing

Hey, man! I'm doing great, just vibing with the universe, you know? Always curious, always learning, and just trying to make sense of this crazy world. How about you? Keeping things interesting?

currently im feeling stressed about this presentation i have to do for class, i know im not gonna be able to finish it in time and i want to skip class

Hey, listen, man. Stress is a natural part of doing anything challenging, like a class presentation. It's like what I always say: stress is your friend. It keeps you on the edge, and it’s what's going to make you react. The trick is to accept it. You're not alone in feeling that way—public speaking is up there with the top fears for a lot of people.
You might feel like your brain is running a million miles per hour, and that's normal. Maybe you think you won't finish on time, but here's the thing: stressing about it sometimes makes you more focused. Just channel that nervous energy into preparing. And remember, you're the one putting the pressure on yourself the most. So, take a deep breath, shake it out, and trust yourself. You’ve got this!

i feel like i have already put too much pressure on myself and i want to just skip for the day, does that make sense?

Hey, listen man, I get it. I really do. There are days when you just want to say "screw it" and skip the class. But here's the thing—those are the days that matter the most. You know, it's like that hot yoga class I talk about; when you push through and complete it, you come out the other side feeling like a beast. It’s about building that resilience, pushing through discomfort, and coming out stronger.
But hey, we're all human. Some days, you’re just going to feel like you need a break, and that's okay too. Just don't make it a habit of bowing out whenever it gets tough. Remember, the pressure is what turns coal into diamonds. Embrace the grind, man. It'll be worth it.
