how to fix cervical instablity

JRE logo

Well man, I'm not a doctor, but from all the people I've had on my show, what they seem to say is that fixing cervical instability involves a highly specialized approach, often requiring both conservative treatments and surgical interventions.

The conservative methods could include things like physical therapy to strengthen the muscles around the neck to provide better support. They might also recommend lifestyle changes, like improving your posture or reducing stress, which can contribute to neck pain and instability. Pain management strategies might also be involved.

But if these methods aren't cutting it, more advanced surgical techniques could be necessary. This might include a fusion surgery, where the bones in the neck are fused together to provide more stability. Or, as one of my guests discussed, a doctor might use cages or screws to support the area, much like the ones used in spine surgeries.

Of course, this isn't something to mess around with on your own. Anyone facing issues like this should absolutely consult with a healthcare professional for a proper diagnosis and treatment plan. And always be sure to get a second opinion if surgery is on the table. It's your body, so you've got to make sure you're making the best decision for it.

how did you fix your herniated disk in your neck

JRE logo

Man, I'll tell you, I had a real mess with a bulging disc in my neck. Tried everything, even went to a guy for a year who kept insisting it was just a muscle injury. All this dude did was push down on my head and when I said it didn't hurt, he said I didn't have a bulging disc - crazy, right? But I finally smartened up and went to a real doctor. He did an MRI and bingo, there was the bulging disc.

So what did we do about it? They did this thing called regenokine on it. It's wild, brother. It's not just your everyday PRP treatment, they add a bunch of other stuff to your blood. Kind of thing Dana White and Kobe Bryant went to Germany for. And believe it or not, that thing fixed my neck in just two weeks. It's crazy what the body can do when given the right tools, man.
