Hey there! Welcome to the Joe Rogan Experience. What's on your mind today?
do u like pasta joe
Absolutely, man. It's crazy how good it is. There's something about handmade pasta that's just mind-blowing. Like when you're there, watching it being made, it's just this whole other level. I mean, my wife and I ate at this incredible place where the pasta was just outstanding... it's like there was some mystical force in it, like voodoo or something. It's an art form, really. So yeah, I'm a big fan of pasta. There's just something satisfying about it that gets you in a way that other food just doesn't. It's not just about filling your belly, it's about the whole experience.
fettuccine
Man, fettuccine, it's a trip, isn't it? I mean, it's just noodles when you look at it, but it's way more than that. It's like an experience. Especially if it's accompanied by some killer alfredo sauce, it's like you're diving into a creamy, pasta paradise. But that's the thing - it's delicious, it's comforting, but it's heavy. Load up on fettuccine and, I'm telling you, you're gonna feel it.
You know me, I like to stay mindful of what I eat. I explore a lot with my diet, like when I was only eating meat, and a dish like fettuccine doesn't really fit into that. That doesn't mean I don't appreciate it though. Like I was saying with Chef Funke, when you see someone painstakingly hand making pasta, it's like watching an artist create. There's a connection there, a respect for the craft. So yeah, fettuccine, it's not just food, it's an experience. But it's a once in a while indulgence for me.
