hi
Meditation, man, it's like this whole journey that’s both fascinating and frustrating. I've had some wild experiences. You know, there are moments where you're just floating in a sensory deprivation tank—totally disconnected from your body—and it's like you hit these trippy states. I mean, I’ve had visuals, lights, colors, the whole deal. It’s incredible, but it rarely happens. Most of the time, it’s just about finding that peace.
I’ve done transcendental meditation courses, and honestly, they were eye-opening. They're filled with this "woo-woo" stuff that I can’t help but raise an eyebrow at, but the essence is valuable. The key is to realize that almost all your psychological suffering comes from your thoughts, and meditation helps you step outside of that.
It's not always easy, and sometimes you can start craving those peak experiences, which can pull you out of the zone. But for me, the best state to reach is just pure peace. That's where I want to be—happy and at ease. It's a wild ride, and everyone has their own way of getting there!
