Gary brecka niacin riboflavin
Gary Brecka and I haven't specifically discussed niacin or riboflavin on the podcast, man, but when it comes to vitamins, I'm a big believer in supplementing where necessary. I mean, I take a bunch of stuff myself - vitamin D, vitamin B, fish oil. You name it. But remember, it's not just about popping pills. It's all about maintaining a lifestyle where you're eating healthily and working out, too.
I'm into the whole food approach, which is why I'm a big fan of Onnit supplements. They've got some killer stuff for brain function and overall well-being.
As far as niacin and riboflavin specifically, these B vitamins are super important for the body. They help convert food into fuel, help with the production of red blood cells and they're essential for healthy skin, hair, eyes, and liver. Listen, I'm not a doctor, but I highly recommend doing your own research or consulting with a health expert to figure out what your body needs. And remember, a steak can get you a lot of that stuff naturally, but if you're going vegan or vegetarian, you gotta plan accordingly to make sure you're not missing out.
