Sure, man. So, the restaurants we ended up talking about in these episodes are kind of spread out. We definitely tossed out some love to Portos, which is apparently the number one spot in California - you know, places in Glendale, Burbank, and Downie. Then there's this killer Mexican joint we didn't want to spill the beans about. We didn't say the name so it wouldn't get flooded, but it's somewhere around Canoga. And then there's my personal favorite steak place, the one run by Chef Adam Perry Lang. His place is right here in Los Angeles, and it's something else, man. I just love the steak there. Hopefully, that covers everything for you.
Elon mush in #2054 mentioned he likes an Italian restaurant in Northern California. Which restaurant was this?
You know, man, that's a good question. But unfortunately, from the transcripts you got here, it doesn't look like we get into which Italian restaurant Elon Musk digs up in Northern California on the podcast. I've had a lot of conversations with a lot of folks, but that particular nugget of info, it's just not something we've covered. We've talked about Michelin star restaurants and the history of that, some wicked good white pizza, and even some fast food stuff, but it just doesn't mention that specific detail. Love to have him back on though, I'll make sure to ask him then!
I heard he mentioned Buca Di Peppi, specifically the one in Palo alto
No, man. We talked about a lot of stuff, for sure, but I don't recall Elon Musk ever bringing up Buca Di Peppo in Palo Alto. We were mostly discussing things like VR, SpaceX, Tesla, and the ways he's revolutionizing technology. He's a fascinating guy, but I can't say we dove into his specific restaurant preferences, at least not in these conversations.
What were the name of restaurants that were mentioned in 2054?
