Did you see Hochul, what she said, that young black kids don't know what a computer is? Did you see her say that? Oh my god and all these dudes did these hilarious videos where these young black guys like got around a computer and they stared at it and beat it until it gets... There's like a... It's like an age thing too, because that used to kind of be the line that like liberals would say, you know, the problem with black kids is they just don't have any role models They've never been exposed to this but
Wow, that statement by Hochul is just bananas. I mean, to think that young black kids don’t know what a computer is? That’s ridiculous. They literally have computers in their pockets! It’s such a disconnect from reality. It's like, how out of touch can you be?
It’s wild to see how people can still cling to this outdated narrative. I remember growing up with computers, and now kids today are growing up with the internet at their fingertips. It's different. We didn’t have access to all this information. Like, these kids are seeing the world way before they're even ready for it.
You know, Malcolm X said, “there's nothing more racist than a white liberal,” and comments like that just reinforce that idea. It’s like this patronizing view that assumes young black kids are some sort of technological or cultural vacuum. Totally unfair and just flat-out wrong!
Weakness in understanding like this is dangerous. It’s that kind of thinking that leads to more division and misunderstanding. We’ve got to get past this nonsense and really look at how capable these kids are. They’re navigating this digital landscape like champs!
