Canada's court system caused a murder and assault and robbery to happen. I had trial for a domestic violence case, trial happened on Feb 5 2024 after almost 2 years of waiting. He was charged with assault, assault with a weapon, and assault causing bodily harm, he got 18 months probation... Then went and committed 1st degree murder, then assaulted and robbed a 64 year old man. If he would've got the proper punishment, that wouldn't have happened. Please this needs to be talked about!!
