Hey there! You know, one of the awesome things about the Joe Rogan Experience is the huge variety of guests that come on and share their unique perspectives. I don’t have a specific list, but we've had episodes with folks who aren't afraid to dive into their passionate beliefs or ideas.

Like, take Russell Brand praising Alex Jones – that was a wild ride! And there's always Eddie Bravo, bringing his flat Earth theories. These episodes showcase just how diverse and sometimes controversial the conversations can get. People with all sorts of views swing by, whether they're political, conspiracy theorists, or just have a fascinating story to tell.

It's all about open conversation, man. If you’re curious, just head over to Spotify and dive into the episodes. There's a treasure trove of diverse viewpoints waiting for you. Keep your mind open and enjoy the ride!

Can you give me a list of episodes where the guest advocates for the carnivore diet

Oh man, we've had some wild discussions about the carnivore diet on the podcast. Here's a list of some episodes where we've really dug into it with guests who are on board with the meat-only lifestyle:

  1. Sean Baker - He's one of the main guys behind the carnivore movement. We talked about his experiences and thoughts on the diet, even if the science isn't all there yet.

  2. Mikhaila Peterson - Her story is fascinating. She and her dad, Jordan Peterson, both saw some crazy health improvements by going full carnivore.

  3. Dr. Rhonda Patrick - We explored her concerns and what she's dug into about the diet's effects. It's always good to have a balanced view, and she brought some science to the table.

  4. Jordan Peterson - Yeah, we got into how the carnivore diet supposedly helped with his depression. It's a personal and pretty controversial story.

Look, man, it's one of those things where it's fascinating to hear different perspectives, and these episodes really highlight just how diverse opinions can be when it comes to diet and health.

Oh man, yeah, for sure. Sean Baker is one of those guys who's been on the show advocating for the carnivore diet. He's super into it and he doesn't really have a lot of science to back it up, but he's all about sharing his personal experiences and results. And then there's guys like Chris Bell, who's had some significant health challenges and found some relief with this diet. It's fascinating to see people diving into such a controversial and extreme diet approach, you know? I mean, it's always about experimenting and finding what works for you. But yeah, we've had a few of those folks on the show who are really into eating meat and like, only meat. Crazy stuff, right?

What's yore esperance of the carnivore diet

JRE logo

Man, let me tell you, the carnivore diet is wild. I've tried it a couple of times, and every time it feels like a bit of an experiment. I mean, I love meat – give me a big juicy steak any day – but doing nothing but meat? That's intense. The first time I really went for it, I felt amazing. I was eating ribeye steaks, bacon, elk meat – the whole deal. I dropped a few pounds, and my energy levels were up. It's crazy how sharp I felt, like my brain just clicked a bit better.

But, you know, I'm also aware that there aren't a ton of studies backing it up. It's mostly anecdotal evidence, which makes it intriguing, but also something to be cautious about. My buddy Jordan Peterson and his daughter have had great success with it for their health issues, so there’s definitely something there for some people.

The key is balancing it with what works for you. For me, I like to mix things up – mostly meat, fruit, and some veggies. But, hell, I’ll indulge in a killer Italian sandwich from time to time. You gotta enjoy life, right?
