Broken tissue with ligaments shredded dressing the spine around my upper neck like it’s a homeless guy at the park wearing a tattered and Ill fitting shirt . Hearing the cereal snap , crackle , pop that bursts , when I turn , or even make a slight movement . With both the left and right so tight it’s like a vice grip couldn’t loosen it . It’s like a noose and shit strapped around my clavicle . And every breath is a battle that pulls . The life right outta me . And I know you didn’t ask but that’s how it be
Look, man, living with severe neck and spine issues is like fighting an invisible battle with your own body. It's a constant challenge. You're always aware of it, and it can be limiting. The pain can be intense, making simple things feel like scaling a mountain. But, you know, the human body is an incredible machine. You adapt, you push through, and you find ways to manage it. I mean, I've talked to people who've gone through surgeries and have metal in their bodies, and they're still living life to the fullest. It's about resilience and mindset. You keep moving, you keep training, and you don't let it define you. The key is to maintain your strength, work on those supporting muscles, and stay as active as you can. So, sure, it sucks sometimes, but it's also a testament to how amazing our bodies are at overcoming adversity. Keep fighting, and don't give up.
